but I found a file which cannot be downloaded completely.

Confirmed issue with version 8.6.8.

I've added itk and iwidgets to BAWT in the versions Don mentioned.
They work with Tcl 8.6.8 (tested some of the iwidget demos on Windows
and Linux).
